Rola is a certified dietician specialized in intuitive eating and a health coach. She encourages us to find food freedom, body positivity and self-love through the content she shares on her instagram page and her programs.
In this episode we talk about all things intuitive eating, emotional eating, the differences between physical hunger and emotional hunger and how to set our boundaries when it comes to our own food choices. Eating is one of the first habits we build and growing up we’ve heard many external voices telling us how we should eat, when we should it, why we should eat, where we should eat,… We’ll learn that to eat well, we need to become aware of those voices in our minds to make worthwhile changes.
