In this episode, I have the pleasure of speaking to Tamara Bijjani. Tamara creates and facilitates sacred spaces and immersive workshops with the intention of healing, gaining empowered knowledge and creating community.
We both agree that anyone can practice meditation, it is just about finding a style that works for you. Meditation takes commitment, focus and a desire to sit through the discomfort and get to a point where you enjoy the practice.
Just like anything, it is a skill you cultivate. It will not click the first time or even the 10th time. Meditation is a way to get to know your True Self. It is a door to cultivate a relationship with the Universe and the Divine. However, when you have these distractive thoughts constantly, you are unsettled within yourself as you remain disconnected from the present moment.
